By downloading or using Waddle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Waddle enables couples to share daily photos, answer relationship questions together, build shared photo calendars, and strengthen their connection through daily interactions.

3. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 4 years old
• Legal capacity to enter binding agreements required (or parental consent)
• Accurate registration information mandatory
• Users are responsible for account security

4. Account Registration

Phone Verification

• Valid phone number required for account creation
• SMS verification message consent needed
• Mobile carrier charges are user responsibility

Partner Connection

• Mutual consent via invite code required
• Single partner connection only
• Permission needed to share another's phone number

5. User Conduct

Permitted

• Lawful use of the app
• Respect partner privacy
• Share appropriate content
• Honest interactions
• Maintain confidentiality

Prohibited

• Inappropriate content
• Harassment
• Impersonation
• Commercial use
• Hacking or unauthorized access
• Credential sharing
• Any legal violations

6. Content Guidelines

Content Ownership

• Users retain rights to content they create
• Waddle receives a license to store and display content for service delivery

• Waddle may remove content that violates these terms

7. Premium Subscriptions

Billing

• Subscriptions require payment through the App Store
• Prices are subject to change
• Apple/RevenueCat process payments

Renewal and Cancellation

• Auto-renewal unless cancelled 24+ hours before renewal date
• Manage subscriptions through the App Store
• No partial refunds

• Unlimited photo storage
• Advanced insights
• Priority support

8. Privacy and Data

• Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy
• Content is shared only with your connected partner
• We do not sell your information
• Account and data deletion is available

9. Intellectual Property

Waddle Property

App design, features, content, and the "Waddle" trademark are company-owned. Copying or modifying is prohibited.

User Content

• Users retain rights to their photos
• Waddle is granted a limited license for service delivery
• Users represent ownership of shared content

10. Disclaimers

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND regarding continuity, accuracy, or requirement satisfaction.

Relationship Advice

The app is designed for entertainment and connection purposes only. It is not therapeutic counseling. Professional help is recommended for serious relationship issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Waddle bears no liability for indirect damages. Liability is capped at 12-month payments. We are not responsible for user-shared content or relationship outcomes.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Waddle from claims arising from app use, Terms violations, user conduct, or legal violations.

13. Modifications to Terms

Waddle may update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance. Material changes will be notified via app. Check the effective date for the latest version.

14. Termination

By User

Account deletion is available at any time. Prior obligations are unaffected and some provisions survive termination.

By Waddle

Account suspension or termination is possible for Terms violations, fraud, user abuse, or non-payment.

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Contact support@waddlecouples.com before taking legal action.

Arbitration

Binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules.

Governing Law

California, United States law applies.

16. General Provisions

• These Terms and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement
• Unenforceable provisions don't affect others
• Non-enforcement isn't waiver
• Waddle may assign these terms
• Users cannot assign without consent

17. Apple-Specific Terms

Apple bears no responsibility for app content, maintenance, claims, or liabilities. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.
