Storage Location
All data is stored on servers in the United States via Supabase cloud storage and PostgreSQL database.

Data Retention
- Active accounts: retained while active
- Deleted accounts: purged within 30 days
- Photos: removed immediately upon deletion

With Partners
Photos and responses are shared only with your connected partner via mutual invite code consent.
Service Providers
Supabase, RevenueCat, and Twilio are bound by confidentiality agreements.

What We Don't Do
We NEVER sell your personal information or share content with other users besides your partner.
Your Rights and Controls
Access and Updates
Edit your profile, change notification preferences, update anniversary date, and modify your profile photo.
Data Portability
Request a copy of your data via email; provided within 30 days in a common format.
Account Deletion
Delete your account anytime via Settings > Delete Account. All data is permanently removed, your partner is notified, and deletion is irreversible.
Communication Preferences
- Push notifications: control via device settings
- Marketing: opt-out through app or email
- Essential communications: cannot opt-out
Children's Privacy
Waddle is intended for users ages 4 and older. Unauthorized underage accounts are deleted with associated data.
Third-Party Services
- RevenueCat: premium subscriptions
- Supabase: data storage
Both maintain separate privacy policies governing their practices.
International Users
Waddle is operated in the United States. Non-US users should note their information transfers to US servers with potentially different data protection laws.
